When I think about creating a video, I always ask myself one question:
Is it worth it?
Will this be worth the time and effort that all well-made and effective videos require? That question is usually easily answered when I discover the story that needs to be told. All good stories are worth it. Some stories really resonate to my core and I feel an ease of creative flow. The project may require significant time to build and render but is otherwise so purposeful and clear that it requires no motivation. In these cases, crafting such stories doesn’t even feel like work. That’s how I know I was born to tell them.
